WJC Today - Day 3 Preview

There are four games on the World Junior schedule tonight. Here are some previews of tonight's action.

All the action starts at 4:30pm AST when Sea Dogs forward Charlie Coyle and the Americans take on the Granlund brothers and Finland at Rexall Place in Edmonton. Coyle had a hat trick in the USA’s opening game against Denmark.

At 6:30pm, Sweden takes on Switzerland at the Scotiabank Saddledome in Calgary. You can catch this game on TSN2.

Jonathan Huberdeau and Team Canada faceoff against the Czech Republic at 9pm. This game is also on TSN. Pre-game show begins at 8:30pm.

Huberdeau is coming off a five-point game on Monday against the Fins. Beaulieu also picked up an assist in the game.

Canada will be without Anaheim Ducks right winger Devante Smith-Pelly for the remainder of the tournament after breaking his ankle while blocking a shot in Mondays win against Finland

Lastly, Tomas Jurco and the Slovaks will have a huge test at 11pm on TSN2 when they take on Mikhail Grigorenko and the Russians. Jurco had a goal in a 3-1 Slovakia win over Latvia last night.

Check back tomorrow morning for our recap of today's games.
